How long after an order is placed will it ship?

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for US, 6-12 business days for Canada, and 5-20 business days, for the rest of the world. When the option is available, 1-3 business days for express shipping and next day for overnight shipping (US orders only).

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200.

 

Returns

How do I make returns?

Currently, we are unable to process returns for non damaged items. Please review product description and size chart to ensure you purchase your desired fit. If you have any questions about a size, please contact us here.

Please note: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

How can I exchange an item?

We are currently unable to provide exchanges at this time.
